I’ve
chosen this TV series because I feel the make-up throughout the different
episodes shows a variety of skills and really draws in the audience and I aim
to do the same.
The
Series I’ve chosen to explore is ‘Asylum’ because I enjoyed watching the series
and feel there's room for me to develop a charter from it.
Its
set in Briarcliff insane
asylum.
Which I feel would fit well for my charater
of ‘Claudia’ who fabricates another world for herself which could make
an intresting
mental issue to play with for her in the asylum.
The audience demographic for American Horror strory
I feel that the target audience for
American horror story is between 18-40 because It does cover struggles of adult
life but often it’s escalated to the more horrific forms of them.
It appeals to them as the story lines
draw you in with thrill and anticipation to see what happens next. With the
thrill comes slight romance also the majority of it contains sex which appeals
to an older audience. It also plays with good and evil and the grey areas
in-between which I think fascinates most people.
The
super natural aspect with in Asylum gets the audience to think more in depth
and Playing with the idea Of death God, and santan
